HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ON YOUR STORE?
We currently accept payments via PayPal, which also allows you to use Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. We will soon add the 2Checkout payment method. At this time, Cash on Delivery is not available.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Many of our products come with Free Shipping Worldwide. However, for select items, standard shipping charges may apply, which will be clearly indicated. These items may be labeled as FREE - JUST PAY SHIPPING or Standard Shipping Charges Apply.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your payment is verified, it takes up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This excludes weekends and holidays. If you place an order after 9am IST, it will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 9pm IST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Shipping will commence within 48 hours after processing.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the online tracker on our website. Alternatively, you can email us at mailbanjara@gmail.com with your order number and the subject "Track Order". We will respond with tracking details within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, but generally take around 15-20 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
